KuCoin: reset your login password with "forgot password?"

Withdrawals are held for24 hours

What is actually frozen

Nothing can be withdrawn until it lifts

Resetting from inside a logged-in session is treated differently from resetting from the login page.

You can trade right now
You can still deposit
It cannot be shortened. Contacting support will not lift it, and anyone who offers to is running a scam.

Enter the time you did it and get the exact moment, to the minute. It runs in your browser — there is nothing to send and no account to connect.
