How long deposit recovery takes

Of the 11 services here, 4 publish a timeline at all, and 3 do so per case rather than as one overall figure. Where a service says nothing, we say nothing — an invented estimate is how someone concludes they are being stonewalled.

One thing worth reading carefully

Binance publishes its timelines in working days. Its 30-day cases are therefore around six calendar weeks, not one month. Reading them as calendar days understates the wait by roughly 40%, which is exactly the gap that makes people think they have been forgotten.

Before you start waiting on anyone

Check whether the funds actually moved. A large share of missing deposits are still in the sender's wallet or simply not confirmed yet — no recovery process needed.
