Crypto.com App withdrawal holds

Crypto.com App publishes 2 separate rules that stop a withdrawal. Each one is triggered by something you did, and each has its own length and its own scope — which is why "my account is locked" is usually the wrong description of what is happening.

Only newly added addresses are blocked — addresses already on your account still work

  • You can trade right now
  • You can still deposit
  • You can still withdraw to addresses already on your account
  • Cannot be shortened, including by support.

Turning the lock off is itself subject to a 24-hour delay, so disabling it now does not help today.

Work out your exact date

Enter when you did it and get the moment the hold lifts, to the minute. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Nobody can speed this up

Holds run on a timer, not on a decision, and no support agent has a button for them. Anyone who contacts you offering to release your funds early — by any channel, for any fee — is running a scam. Crypto.com App will never ask you to pay to unlock your own balance.
