Revolut: what happens to a deposit on the wrong network

Deposits of unsupported tokens or via unsupported networks are not processed and are not credited. Revolut states recovery of unsupported assets does not sit within its scope. The transaction may look complete on-chain while Revolut never sees it. Revolut publishes examples rather than a full list: BTC on Bitcoin; ETH, USDC and MATIC on Ethereum; USDT on Ethereum and Tron. It names two failures outright — USDT sent on BNB Smart Chain and ETH sent on Base — and says you might lose the crypto. The complete list is only visible in-app under Crypto → Receive.

Revolut crypto deposit not received — the checks worth doing first

Is this actually your case?

Most missing deposits are not lost — they are waiting on confirmations or sitting in a wallet you can still reach. Paste the hash and find out which.
