USDC sent to Gemini on Polygon

Gemini does credit USDC on Polygon. So the network is not what went wrong, and this is not a recovery case.

Gemini credits USDC on Polygon. Worth saying plainly because the answer for USDT on the same chain is the opposite, and people who have read about one assume it applies to the other.

Networks Gemini credits USDC on

Read from Gemini's own pages on Aug 31, 2026. Networks outside this list are not credited automatically.

  • Arbitrum One
  • Avalanche C-Chain
  • Base
  • Ethereum
  • Optimism
  • Polygon
  • Solana

Then why has it not arrived?

  1. Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
  2. Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
  3. Check the amount against Gemini's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
  4. Check that the address really is your Gemini deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.

Confirm which network you actually used

Everything above depends on that one fact, and it is the one people get wrong — exchanges reuse the same address across chains, so the transaction confirms either way. Paste the hash and we will read it off the chain.
