Robinhood crypto deposit missing

Confirmation lag is still the most common reason a deposit has not appeared, so start there. But if you used a network Robinhood does not support, it states plainly that it will not recover the funds — so it matters a great deal which of the two happened, and the transaction itself will tell you.

The Robinhood Crypto Customer Agreement states Robinhood has no duty or obligation to attempt to retrieve unsupported cryptocurrency, and is not liable for transfers to incompatible addresses, wrong addresses or missing memos. Contact support anyway so the case is on record — but do not expect recovery.

Check these first, in this order

  1. Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
  2. Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
  3. Check the amount against Robinhood's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
  4. Check that the address really is your Robinhood deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.
