Binance.US deposit not credited

Most deposits that have not appeared are not lost. The usual causes are confirmations that have not finished, a network mismatch, or a missing memo — all visible in the transaction itself.

Fully self-service — no support ticket needed. Enter TxID, network and address in the Deposit Recovery tool.

Check these first, in this order

  1. Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
  2. Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
  3. Check whether your asset needed a memo or destination tag. Binance.US lists 10 that do, including BAND, ATOM, FET, HBAR. Binance.US charges 5% to recover one.
  4. Check the amount against Binance.US's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
  5. Check that the address really is your Binance.US deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.

Stop guessing — check the transaction

Paste the hash Binance.US gave you and we will tell you which of the above actually happened, and whether the funds moved at all.
