Bybit deposit not credited
Most deposits that have not appeared are not lost. The usual causes are confirmations that have not finished, a network mismatch, or a missing memo — all visible in the transaction itself.
Two separate paths. If the unsupported asset shows on your Pending Asset page you withdraw it yourself; if it does not, you file a manual request, which costs a flat $200 and is only accepted for assets worth over $500. Recovery is best-effort and Bybit states 100% recovery is not guaranteed — if it fails, the deposit is a permanent loss. Requests for transactions older than 180 days, or from before 22 January 2024, are not processed.
Check these first, in this order
- Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
- Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
- Check whether your asset needed a memo or destination tag. Bybit lists 1 that do, including XRP. Bybit charges five times the standard withdrawal fee for that coin to recover one.
- Check the amount against Bybit's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
- Check that the address really is your Bybit deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.
Stop guessing — check the transaction
Paste the hash Bybit gave you and we will tell you which of the above actually happened, and whether the funds moved at all.

What Bybit will not act on
Different from the list above — the funds may still exist somewhere, but this is outside what they will do.
- No helpmanual recovery requests for assets valued at $500 or less
- No helprefunds smaller than the coin's minimum withdrawal limit
- No helptransactions older than 180 days or dated before 22 January 2024
- No helpsmart contract deposits of any coin other than ETH — TRC-20 USDT, BSC, Polygon and others must be sent by direct transfer; detectable on-chain from the sender
