Revolut crypto deposit not received

Confirmation lag is still the most common reason a deposit has not appeared, so start there. But if you used a network Revolut does not support, it states plainly that it will not recover the funds — so it matters a great deal which of the two happened, and the transaction itself will tell you.

Deposits of unsupported tokens or via unsupported networks are not processed and are not credited. Revolut states recovery of unsupported assets does not sit within its scope. The transaction may look complete on-chain while Revolut never sees it. Revolut publishes examples rather than a full list: BTC on Bitcoin; ETH, USDC and MATIC on Ethereum; USDT on Ethereum and Tron. It names two failures outright — USDT sent on BNB Smart Chain and ETH sent on Base — and says you might lose the crypto. The complete list is only visible in-app under Crypto → Receive.

Check these first, in this order

  1. Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
  2. Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
  3. Check the amount against Revolut's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
  4. Check that the address really is your Revolut deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.

Stop guessing — check the transaction

Paste the hash Revolut gave you and we will tell you which of the above actually happened, and whether the funds moved at all.
