OKX deposit not credited

Most deposits that have not appeared are not lost. The usual causes are confirmations that have not finished, a network mismatch, or a missing memo — all visible in the transaction itself.

Different shape from the other exchanges: many untradable assets can be withdrawn by the user directly, with no support ticket and no service fee. Covers delisted crypto, airdrops and some unsupported tokens and networks — but not every unsupported token qualifies. One hard exclusion is published and worth quoting: OKX does not support depositing USDT on BNB Smart Chain, though BNB itself on that chain is fine. BEP20, BSC and Binance Smart Chain all appear as BNB Smart Chain in its interface. OKX publishes no per-token deposit-network table anywhere public — the list is only on the deposit screen after identity verification.

Check these first, in this order

Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
Check the amount against OKX's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
Check that the address really is your OKX deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.
