USDT sent to Binance (global) on Tron
Binance (global) does credit USDT on Tron. So the network is not what went wrong, and this is not a recovery case.
Binance credits USDT on Tron — the most common single transfer in crypto meeting the exchange that handles most of it. The network is not your problem, so this page is about the three things that usually are.

Then why has it not arrived?
- Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
- Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
- Check whether your asset needed a memo or destination tag. Binance (global) lists 2 that do, including XRP, TON. Binance (global) charges network fee to recover one.
- Check the amount against Binance (global)'s minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
- Check that the address really is your Binance (global) deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.
Confirm which network you actually used
Everything above depends on that one fact, and it is the one people get wrong — exchanges reuse the same address across chains, so the transaction confirms either way. Paste the hash and we will read it off the chain.
