USDT sent to Kraken on Tron

Kraken does credit USDT on Tron. So the network is not what went wrong, and this is not a recovery case.

Kraken does credit USDT on Tron, so the network is not your problem. That rules out the expensive explanation immediately and leaves three cheap ones, in the order worth checking.

Networks Kraken credits USDT on

Read from Kraken's own pages on Aug 31, 2026. Networks outside this list are not credited automatically.

  • Arbitrum One
  • Avalanche C-Chain
  • Ethereum
  • Optimism
  • Polygon
  • Solana
  • Tron

Then why has it not arrived?

  1. Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
  2. Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
  3. Check whether your asset needed a memo or destination tag. Kraken lists 4 that do, including XRP, XLM, EOS, STX. Kraken charges network fee to recover one.
  4. Check the amount against Kraken's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
  5. Check that the address really is your Kraken deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.

Cases Kraken says cannot be recovered

If yours is one of these, anyone offering to get the funds back for a fee is running a scam.

  • Funds lostFuse, Harmony, Fantom, xDAI or Avalanche tokens sent to an ETH address
  • Funds lostBCH sent to a BTC address
  • Funds lostDOT sent to a KSM address
  • Funds lostKSM sent to a DOT address
  • Funds lostKAR or other Kusama parachain assets sent to a KSM address
  • Funds lostKSM sent to a KAR or other Kusama parachain address
  • Funds lostany deposit sent via PrivateSend, CoinJoin, MWEB or another obfuscation tool

Confirm which network you actually used

Everything above depends on that one fact, and it is the one people get wrong — exchanges reuse the same address across chains, so the transaction confirms either way. Paste the hash and we will read it off the chain.
