Then why has it not arrived?
- Give it more confirmations. A deposit that shows as confirmed on a block explorer still has to meet the exchange's own confirmation count, which is often higher.
- Check the network you actually used, not the one you meant to use. This is the single most common cause, and it is invisible unless you look at the transaction.
- Check whether your asset needed a memo or destination tag. Binance.US lists 10 that do, including BAND, ATOM, FET, HBAR. Binance.US charges 5% to recover one.
- Check the amount against Binance.US's minimum deposit. Exchanges typically do not auto-credit below it — the figure is on their own deposit page, and we do not carry it here.
- Check that the address really is your Binance.US deposit address, and not one you pasted from somewhere else.
